My daughter really wanted this for Christmas and I’m extremely disappointed that the app will not communicate with the printer and actually print. The frequently asked questions are useless because it doesn’t give any troubleshooting steps. I tried to use the app on my iPad and iPhone. Once I click print, the spinning gear icon displays continuously. Unfortunately, this gift will be returned to the store.

I came back to check for a solution before returning this to the store. I saw that someone mentioned to make sure that Bluetooth was turned on after downloading the app. This was not our issue and did not resolve it.

I am sorry to those that have had so many issues with this printer. I got one for my daughter for Christmas and so far it’s pretty great! Right out of the package super easy to load the paper and simple instructions. Turned on the device and it popped right up on the app then I printed a photo of our cat immediately. The detail on the photo is pretty nice my daughter got so excited and wanted to print pictures of all our pets and her and I so she could put them on her tablet. We printed the remaining five cats and one of her and I in about five min (mostly because we were indecisive on what images to use). My only problems at the moment is that the gallery part doesn’t work for us to select some of the free art in the app. It just keeps acting like it’s loading. My printer also randomly feeds one blank sticker out which if I don’t notice ends up wasting a sticker. As far as suggestions on improving this device and app I feel as if it should display battery percentage it’s not good to leave it plugged in all the time for “just in case” when you want to take it somewhere but it would also be super inconvenient if you wanted to take it with you for a particular reason and it would die because you didn’t know. I also think it needs a go back or edit button if you select that you are done creating and it doesn’t look right in the preview.

After seeing a jaw-dropping amount of 1 star reviews, I uninstalled it. Then I decided to be patient and keep waiting for this to work. I looked up a guide to use it and found that I needed not only Bluetooth but also location services on. Then I charged it for the recommended 2-3 hours and tried again. I made sure to press the power button until the blie light to connect started flashing, and as of right now it’s printed 7 stickers and 2 blank tests. It had to reconnect after my third sticker, lol. One of my imported images printed too tiny, but I selected it a second time and then it printed the correct size. Also I found it misaligned a design if I was impatient and told it to print again when it was still printing one.
