Won’t update
I feel terrible, I wanted to login to the app to cancel my appointment and it wouldn’t let me without updating. Waiting for hours for it to update. It looks like I just no showed for my appointment :(
Not working
I went to click on the app to see and show someone the results.the app is just not there. there’s just a cover page. it won’t do anything. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still not working. Unhappy.

Hello there! The app requires a connection to the internet and can be very slow if you are in areas where cell service is weaker. How long did you wait after opening the app and, if you can remember, what kind of cell service do you have when this happens?
