Workout awesomeness

I had a great respect and admiration for Hannah prior to realizing she offered exercise programs (and books). I first noticed her on Instagram when a friend mentioned her HIIT training style and animal flow movements. She promotes proper body mechanics and form and offers modifications for novices and for those who may have limitations. Her program provides variety from focusing on strength training for individual muscle groups (muscle weeks) to intense HIIT workouts that challenge your endurance and strength (burns week and crush weeks). Minimal equipment is needed and alternate exercises and modifications are offered if you don’t have specific equipment. I love this app and have not had any issues accessing it on my phone or online. Her workouts keep me on my toes and I’m never bored. If I want to tack on extra challenge to my workout, I can watch additional videos she posts including time crunch workouts, weekly bonuses, body part specific workouts, bodyweight or mini band workouts and other independent workouts. After using for a couple weeks, I changed my monthly subscription to annual because I know I’ll keep loving this program.

Motivation and Instruction at my fingertips

I have been in fitness for 22 years - The hardest part of working out is planning - now I only have to show up and put in the hard work! There is always a fresh workout so I am never bored, but if you work best with repetition just pick your favorites and save a playlist in the app!! I would consider myself advanced and I always feel challenged , and while these aren’t easy workouts, they do have programs that can start you at the beginning. My family has used them for newbies, pregnancy, and post-partum. I love the live follow along videos and Hannah and Paulo are great upbeat encouraging coaches and I have discovered I am capable of more that I ever thought. They also write out the workouts so you can play your own music and do your own thing which is nice at the gym.

I love this app, it’s my life saviour

This App has not only saved me during Covid lockdown but also now has become my routine. Hannah and Paulo put in lot of effort for each of these daily workout sessions which people of any age can do just with minimal equipments available at home, if you don’t have they tell you even alternatives. You get new workout sessions everyday before you wake up Including warmups! It’s more effective than the expensive workout programs I used to go before also when I used to to gym I dint have proper workout plan & didnt feel this effective. In my experience having nutritious, natural, no processed food and follow this workout is enough to make sure shot difference in you health and body!!
