App is not user friendly!!! A very nice store employee had to help with setting up account and redeeming a reward! It was very hard for the employee to figure out, but persistence paid off, and she finally got it!! Also prices on the menu board are lower than what appears on the cash register.

App just a UI to unsupported browser
The app is just a user interface that takes you to a browser on your phone so that you can order. Does not connect to your rewards program, or any other added information in the app and does not allow the use of the discounts it gives you. What’s the point? Need a better App asap!
