Copy Cards
Love Hallmark Now ability to personalize and send cards. Would like to be able to copy/resend a card I have personalized to another person and just edit the recipient information

Frustrating app(s)
I was really excited for this upgrade to Hallmark+ (considering the yearly rate went up by $20, which companies don’t usually do). I thought, fine, they are starting some rewards and connecting their platforms. They’ll probably do some app updates. But no. I also had/have an issue with connecting my accounts, which I thought was taken care of. Seems it is not because the young man at check out at the Hallmark store told me they don’t look like they are linked…also, specifically to this app, it took me around 40 minutes to finally check out with a physical card to be mailed because the interface is old and basic, and kept glitching, so ai had to start over. (And yes, the app is updated.) Someone also said a favorites feature would be helpful to favorite cards that you like, which I totally agree with. Overall, I think you need another app designing department to upgrade the apps overall. Very clunky, slow, not user friendly, and they glitch.

Lots of updates required!
I have been excited to use this app to mail a card. The design tools are pretty easy to use for me but I imagine will be tough for inexperienced users. Consider a "limited options" path with far less customization. Second, there is a special characters restriction in the name field. So names such as "J.D." are incorrectly prohibited. Third, there is an address check which is incomplete. A mailbox at a university is erroring which means I cannot pay you for this service. You have a lot of work to do so hoping to see fixes quickly. Happy to update this review when usability is provided.
