Haitian Creole with Lengweezee 4+

Crash and repaired.

I enjoyed this app until i bought the yearly subscription and then it crashed. The app didn’t open. So I wrote a review and the app developer contacted me to explain that there was a slight bug. I reinstalled the app as instructed by the developer; and now it I seems to be functioning normally. I am a native speaker but don’t get a lot of opportunities to practice my skills. I look forward to maintaining my skills with the help of this app. Thanks!

If you already subscribed, please uninstall and reinstall the app, then press the “Restore Purchase” button, and you should be good to go. This app is a great tool...BUT!!

I really love this app coming from a household where I wasn’t taught my home language. It is so cool to make the correlation with the conversations I’ve heard growing up, to now have an understanding of what it means. HOWEVER, there are major glitches with this app where I have to select a subscription every time I want to learn a new lesson when I’ve already paid an annual subscription for it. This is my only vice with the app. Other than that, thank you so much for saving us Haitian Americans lol!

Ok app with a few flaws

I like the ability to hear words and phrases repeated. I like that the speed can be slowed down.

The sections are long though, and at 10-15 minutes/day, I can’t finish 52 “pages” at one sitting. Other reviewers are saying they can pick up where they left off (but can’t review). I’m finding that the app goes back to the beginning of a lesson when I stop and come back to it, and I don’t see a way to fast forward to where I left off.

Also, when I type word answers I have no way to add the accent marks, and the app counts it wrong.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that. If you already started a lesson, when you come back to it, it will display an alert that gives you the options to either continue where left off or restart the lesson from the beginning. If you want to continue where you left off, please press CONTINUE. For the accent, you have to LONG PRESS the letter in order to see the accent.
