Not pairing!!!
I’m trying for two days to pair up my new device with this app but it doesn’t work!! My device pairs up via Bluetooth to my iPhone just fine but it won’t pair with the app! It is extremely frustrating to be honest, because I want to be able to turn off the base while playing from memory because it irritating and I don’t like it nor do I need it! Please help ASAP or I will return this product for sure!
Doesn’t connect to headphones
Wow; I have the same problem as the only other review here. Just connecting it to my phones Bluetooth works fine, so I know everything is working on my end. But this awful app can’t seem to find the device that’s literally ALREADY linked up. Embarrassing. First impressions I was impressed, way to quickly destroy that cog e
So difficult to use.
I’ve had this thing for a few months, managed to download a few songs and now cannot download any more or get rid of the few I have on there. The tech support is wanting as it’s a chat or email. I say buy another brand if you want to swim using the memory.
