That's why we thought of a personal Spotter for you. Add your personal cards directly to your phone, customize them with your recovery times, sets and reps. Start the countdown when you start the recovery time, your personal Spotter will warn you that you have to start a new set or exercise. You can throw away your card, chronometer and board, now everything is conveniently at hand on your SmartPhone!
