Strong app but better

All the features of the Strong app but I get to make as many routines as I want

I wish it had a default weight unit setting, unless I just haven’t found it yet

You can set the default weight unit by going into settings and tapping "Weight" in the units section.

Scam

I downloaded this app to find out more and only had it downloaded for about a day before deciding it wasn’t for me. I deleted it from my phone and then a couple days later saw that I was charged for a year subscription! It still isn’t for me, I did not authorize that payment and I don’t want this app!

sorry to hear you are having issues. It sounds like you started a free trial for a yearly subscription. Unfortunatley, those are not cancelled on iOS if you just delete the app. It's just the way the Store/OS works. In any case, you can get a refund directly from Apple:
