App doesn’t update tier level progress
App still shows that I am 4 thousand points away from the next level tier, but I have received a Gun Lake email that I have already reached the next tier level. Fix the app Gun Lake!
Terrible customer service-wont pay loss promotion
I signed up under the impression I would receive a deposit match of 750. I didn’t receive and reached out to customer service. They said that the promotion wasn’t valid and the only promotion was the 1,000 casino loss promotion. I opted into the promotion, even though it want the promotion I had expected when I signed up, I mentioned to the customer service person that I was disappointed and would clos my account. I planned to do this after my loss promotion was received. The customer service rep closed my account without me telling him to do it. When I responded to him that I did NOT authorize him to close the account he said that I apologize for the inconvenience. However, when a patron mentions closing their account, we close the account for security purposes. We can sometimes reopen it as a one time courtesy but we are unable to reopen it due. Gun lake just didn’t want to pay me my 1,000 loss promotion. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY WITH THIS OPERATOR.

This has to be one of the tightest casinos I’ve ever seen in real life and online, it’s a shame how they just take! Meanwhile my online account keeps buffering while I have no problem with any other so I’m sure it’s on their end and I’m waiting on my 50$ cash out which usually is instant, back to driving to fire keepers and gambling on the Wynn
