All the necessary tools to create stylish stories, which will help businesses to design their products. Terrible experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. It didn’t work properly from the start, failing to meet my needs, so I deleted it immediately after downloading and never used it even once. When I tried to cancel my membership, there was no option to do so through the app or my Apple ID—I had to go through their website instead.

Even after canceling on 4th January, I was charged on 17th January without any confirmation of the cancellation. When I contacted customer support for a refund, they were unhelpful and did not resolve the issue.

Overall, this app fell short on both functionality and customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Not bad but don’t buy the extra academy

I purchased the lifetime of $20 which made more sense than to keep paying $7 or $8 a week. There was another “special” for $30 which was supposed to have 11 lessons. It was supposedly originally $300 something. It did not have the 11 lessons anywhere. All of the additional courses were extra fee. There is no way that I can get my money back. This is misleading. the pre made templates aren’t bad but there are only a few selection. Not worth the money. Would not purchase again.

Doesn’t work properly

This app does not work efficiently and it is very slow and doesn’t load half the time it definitely Needs work!!!

Frustrated but it’s good.

Feeling frustrated. While I really like the app I’m frustrated because I purchased it to use with my business account but it goes directly to my personal account. I’ve reached out to support a couple of times but have received no word. It may be an easy fix or not fixable, either way I would appreciate knowing.
Having said that, it does what it was meant to do and it does it nicely.

I just rated your app to 5 star and I’m new here guess you made me proud I could use it the same as my instagram app

DO NOT Download

This app has continued to try to charge my card even tho I don’t have a subscription with them. I’ve reached out to them multiple times to stop attempting to charge my card (which I keep locked) and I’m about to report them to the BBB and FTC. Do not give them your information

Not enough options to really TRY this out!

Sorry but there are way too many other GREAT apps out there today, that at least give you more to try out before you have to commit to subscribing! Plus, these templates and options are nothing special at all. Outdated looking and super boring, typical “click-art” style. No thanks.

How do you cancel?

I’ve requested to cancel the subscription but smmhub keep trying to take money from my account. They tell you to email to cancel as I have done but apparently it’s not true because they still trying to retrieve $30 for an app I don’t use. Please stop!
