I was unable to receive my order and asked to re - schedule delivery for the evening. They refused my request and said that they have already sent my order to their garbage store. Alright, probably my bad, no complaints about it. In a few hours after that they charged 1500 rub from my card for no reason! I called them twice and they said they changed me for the delivery! WHERE IS MY FECKING FOOD THEN?

Good evening! It is a pity that our service has brought you inconvenience. But we really will not be able to transfer the delivery from morning to evening if you did not accept it, since in this case, the courier returns it to the warehouse and it is disposed of due to cancellation.
