While this app is pretty convenient when it works, the issue is, it never seems to work. It’s frequently not recognizing or verifying your log in info. Locking you out from seeing your account(s). Then you need to call and deal with all that. Who has time?? And don’t get me started on their website UX.

This app is ridiculous you can’t do anything but check your balance you can’t freeze your debit card you can’t get notified when you use your debit card you can’t do anything with it is confusing had to do a separate app to manage my dept card WTH it’s confusing and glitches out all the time they need to get a new app that’s based of navy federal as there app is awesome and easy to figure out …….annoyed with this app…..nothing is accurate they don’t give you the correct balance 20% of the time luckily I use my check book to keep balance but even then sometimes I negative

Update can’t use the app at all anymore keeps telling me there’s and updated version when THERES NOT !!!!!! Fix your $&!t….

I’ve been using this online app to pay my bills for over a year and it was awesome. I currently refuse to do another update on my iPhone because the last two updates have caused crashes of one program or another. The app will no longer work on my phone and won’t download the last compatible version so I can no longer use it. If you don’t have the most current up to date phone (mine is an IPhone X) with every update the app won’t let you do any banking or transfers or pay bills. I’m switching banks soon just to pay bills online- it stinks and is a hassle that I can’t use the app without updates to my year old phone.
