- Read NFC Key: Graviti EV Charging now supports reading NFC keys, making it even easier to get started with new RFID cards.

- Payment Gateway with additional security layer: Our payment gateway now has an additional layer of security to protect your payment information.
- Handle Multiple Card with Single Account: You can now store multiple payment cards in Your Graviti EV Charging account and seamlessly switch between them.
- Save the Apple Pay Card for future payment & auto reload: We've added support for Apple Pay and Google Pay, making it even easier to pay and reload your account.
- Network Roaming (Local Charge point operators filter & site info): Graviti EV Charging App now supports network roaming, We will continuously add 3rd party networks for you to easily find charging stations no matter where you are.
- Send Email Receipt form app: You can now receive email receipts directly from Graviti EV Charging, making it easier to keep track of your transactions.
- 24x7 Live Support: Our support team is available around the clock to help you with any questions or issues you may have.
- Live port status update: Graviti EV Charging APP now provides real-time updates on port status. You'll receive a notification as soon as a port becomes available.
- Multi-currency/country support: EvGateway is continuously working to expand to new regions, We've added support for multiple currencies and countries, making it easier for you to use Graviti EV Charging wherever you are.
- Details Site Info Screen: You can now view detailed information about charging stations, including location, Availability, Amenities, Pricing, Opening times and more.
- Upload Site/station images option to the driver: You can now upload images of charging stations directly from the app.
- Station Ratings & Review with Image: You can now rate and review charging stations, and even upload images to share your experience.
- Default Map with site cluster and with port status: The map view now displays charging ports as clusters, making it easier to find the nearest one.

Terrible Experience
I’ve used other EV apps and I thought I would test this one out before I actually had to use it. Terrible experience. Entered my info, including CC info and tried to get it to start charging. Said connected and then connecting… The screen on the charger had options, one of which said swipe card, but there was no CC reader on the charger. Kept trying, no luck and then the charging cable would not unlock from my car. Called the customer service number on the station, got put on hold saying I was #1 in queue. After about 2 minutes it said sorry, leave a call back number and we’ll get back to you. Finally the cable released but before I drove away I got the call back. Unfortunately there was no one on the other end. And they never tried a second time. Needless to say, I won’t be using this company any time in the future. Sad state of affairs for EV charging.

Impossible even to create an account
In the phone number field, the software keeps overwriting my number with my email address, then gives an error message saying that it’s not a valid phone number

Garbage, this is the problem with EV charging
$20 minimum load if you create an account, $40 hold if you use as a guest, poor quality stations, terrible app

Hi Customer, for registered drivers, we suggest that you select a credit card option instead of putting money into your wallet before starting the charge process.
