Great App
I found this app to be super user friendly to place an order on. Definitely will use and recommend.
Constantly logs me and makes me reset my password
This app drives me insane. It constantly logs me out and when I try to log in with the user name and password saved in my phone, it says my credentials are incorrect and makes me change my password. I reset my password, save it in my phone, set the app up to log in with Face ID, and the next time I try to use it, I’m logged out and I have to reset my password. I receive emails every time I change my password so it’s not hacked, the app is just terrible, especially since I don’t know I’m logged out until I’m trying to pull it up at a drive-thru window.
Go back to the old version!
Your developer dropped your facelift and broke it! It would not load in our store today because their wifi was down and we had a poor cellular signal. The menu that was pretty straightforward is now hopelessly unintuitive. There’s no way that’s obvious to give feedback through the app now that we’re home so Graeter’s gets a lousy public review. It’s a good thing you still provide terrific ice cream - customers should not judge the product by this version of the iPhone app! And DON’T let your app developers inside the ice cream plant!!!
