Goodhood Auto Club 4+

We had purchased an alternator for my daughters vehicle through Autozone and had it shipped to her, when the person that said he would put it on fell through I did an internet search for someone that could go to her and found Goodhood and I’m glad I did, when Jorge got there he found out Autozone had sent the wrong part, but he was able to get the right part and put it on for her even though he had other appointments to go to, so we are very grateful to Jorge because my daughter has a newborn and 2 toddlers and no way around without her vehicle, and if it wasn’t for Jorge and Goodhood she still wouldn’t have a running vehicle.

I recently had my car serviced for an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Christian did an amazing job—super thorough and professional. He was thorough and efficient, making sure everything was done right. I appreciated the clear communication and the time taken to explain the process. Best part of it all was that they come do it all at your home! I’ll definitely be returning for future services! Highly recommend!

When Joseph first arrived he was super friendly and encouraging that he could figure out an issue I’d been having for quite some time. He was able to solve multiple issues, get rid of an awful noise my car was making, and even helped tie up a part of my bumper that needed some help. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
