I don’t do reviews very often. I have purchased from JM Bullion many times over the last 10 years and have never had a problem. If you change your shipping address, billing address or bank account, they will send you an email, making sure it was a change done by you and absolutely no complications or headaches there either. Rest assured, you will get your package on time, if not a day early. I can’t say how things go when there is a problem (because I haven’t had one), but I do trust that they would take care of anything or any hang ups one might have. Thank you to the team at JM Bullion that i never have to think about if my package is going to arrive no matter how large or small of an amount is in the package.

I was a reoccurring buyer of a couple hundred dollars of gold every 2 weeks. Eventually one got lost in the mail tried to make a claim and was told need to file a police report along with additional information and then another email requiring 30 minutes of video before and after the delivery. This was to my house and motion sensor camera do not provide that info. When I contacted the claims department I had referred to the email that required the information and the fine print on my purchase receipt. I understand that but when questioned that this was only a couple hundred dollars the claim dept not only said it was required but also threatened and said that I was required to provide it. Never filed a claim before and will not ever again as with this type of service I will not buy from again.
