Go365 Humana Healthy Horizons 4+

I’ve had the app since the beginning of January 2023. I’ve ran into so many issues. My account won’t load. I keep being instructed to reload but it still doesn’t load. I have minors connected to my account as well. For half of them I am having the same issue. The other half I’ve completed the initial assessment for, which is supposed come with a 30$ award amount for completing but the app isn’t showing that it has been completed nor is it giving me the option to claim awards. I’ve read that some rewards need time to show up but it’s been 3 weeks. I’m not sure what the primary function of this app is but it gives me actual headaches trying to use it. I am really hoping for an update!!! I feel like this app could be an asset for family if it would only function for more than just logging in.

To all those who wrote good reviews and said all the bad reviews are the customer’s problem or with their phone or their service you’re wrong. I have tried once in the past to install and use this app and I just tried it today several years later and it still will not let me get set up with go 365 through the app it says that my information does not match the records. IT DOES. last time I tried to use the online website, it said I already had an account which I did not. So I have to go back to calling and talking to a real person that knows what they’re doing to get my goes 365 rewards. I would give this a zero if I could.

I keep having to go to my internet browser to look things up, but the issue is my child is added on the app, but isn’t showing up on the browser, so I cannot look at her information because it never loads. Literally never works so there’s no point in trying to use it. But adding her to the web browser version is a pain as well and I have to send information through the mail which I am not comfortable with either. 0/10
