Does not work for foreign tourists at all.
Complete waste of time for foreigners. They let you register with a passport but have no way to collect payment from foreign credit cards so there is no way to rent a car.

WORST APP EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We pay the parking bills of other users and we don’t get reimbursed! We pay extra because they can not lock the car due to no signal when we park the car; we don’t get reimbursed.
