Description

What are Gamma Waves, and how can they help you?

They are medium amplitude brain waves that are associated with the state of deep concentration and awareness. They have a frequency ranging from 25 to 100 Hz, although 40 Hz is typical.

Gamma Waves is an app that allows you to recreate that sound and that neural oscillation, helping you concentrate more. Start the frequency, and adjust it to your liking by moving your finger across the slider placed on the sound-wave at the center of the screen. You can start the app by pressing the Gamma button on the top left before starting your study session; you will notice a significant change in how much you are able to concentrate and stay aware while studying. We strongly suggest the use of headphones while listening to this powerful sound.

To help you study even better, we added several different functions. You can choose to add 7 different classical piano songs to recreate the famous "Mozart Effect" for brain stimulation, and 5 ambiance noises to the Gamma Wave to ease you up. The built in timer allows you to set how much the app will play. Finally, you can change the background color through your settings: choose among 5 inspiring Gamma Wave inspired tones. By purchasing the full version of the app, you can unlock and enjoy all of these functions and improve your experience.

We put a lot of thought and passion in creating this app, and we hope that by using it many people will discover the power of brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones. Use it to improve your grades and to maintain concentration.

Calms me

I don't know what the research (if there is any) says about gamma wave noise, but when I combine it with the white noise and classical piano, I am more calmed than I am by spoken meditation programs.

This app indeed helps concentration and thinking

I am working on my economic research, so I need to concentrate on reading, thinking, figuring out complex theories, while keeping efficiency. Sometimes it's really difficult to concentrate, because you can be tired after 1-2 hours of studying or get lost in difficult theories. I tried more than 30 different music apps and online videos, this app is easy to use, and provide combination of three types of most effective sounds that helps me think and read.

Sketchy

After installing the app, I was able to adjust the BrainWaves to a specific frequency. After enjoying my selection for an hour, or so, I attempted to adjust the frequency; but as I adjust the frequency, there are no numbers to show what frequency I am actually at. Plus, less than two hours after paying for the app, I got a pop-up that says that this version will no longer be supported. It directed me to download the new upgraded version, again had to pay for it. I’m pretty sure that as soon as I pay for the new upgraded version, a pop up will again show up telling me that THAT version is no longer supported…..but for a small price….
