This App

Seems like the App is down again! I liked using the app when it actually worked. When you could click on it and it would also give you info such as what EMAR the facility uses. It was updated and then that feature was gone. It was updated again a few days ago and now it appears to be frozen and not working at all!! I don’t understand why this app has so many issues. Please fix it!

Payments

I always am given a hard time with payments but the automated system when you are on hold calls their payments “hassle free” which I chuckle at every time. Sometimes I’m paid a few hours after the shift but if I ever don’t have a punch number for a facility that i never even been to before & decided to pick up on a weekend or after normal business hours during the week, they question the hours I have worked. Like I’m literally going through a hassle to get paid for working 4 hours because i decided to leave the shift (that the facility didn’t even have me down for) due to a nurse being rude & me putting my foot down and saying I wouldn’t tolerate that disrespect & my baby was already home not feeling good. Not understanding why it’s being such a big deal to pay me for working 4 hours! And then on top of that it was EASTER that i worked! So I’m convinced they really just not trying to pay me that holiday pay.

Hard time completing application

I have been hearing about everyone signing up with this agency especially as a CNA the process was easy and all, but not for me. At first it was difficult to get the app to upload any images needed for documents like it would have the processing spinning wheel forever and accept them eventually days later after trying over and over again. Now I am at the last part of applying and the background check will not start, I cannot get anyone to answer my messages back on fixing this issue in order to begin picking up shifts. I want to love this app but cannot due to this issue and now been forced to pick up through other agencies. Can someone please reach out to me and help me with this background check issue!?
