Wi-Fi connection issue

Camera and accessories over look great. But I can’t connect the camera to my app on my phone. It tries and the. “Times out” when I check the WiFi connection it states “no internet connection” I have been trying off & on for hours. Anyone else have this issue, if so how did you fix it? If of course you fixed it.

Once figured out I will rate it either better or worse.

Connect issues

My camera will not connect to the app and when I connect Wi-Fi it says no internet check modem and restart
How can I fix this, I would like to be able to use the app

I found a solution to all of you that didn’t have it work turn of your cellular data before connecting your camera and it will work
