With the FCI app you can view your up-to-date trash pick-up schedule. When you turn-on notifications you'll receive reminder alerts about your scheduled pick-ups, as well as timely service updates, holiday schedule changes, and weather-related issues that may impact your service.
Ratings and Reviews
Notifications are extremely unreliable
Even though my wife and I have all notifications all settings turned on and set for 7pm EST, we never get them at the time we specify and sometimes we don’t get notifications at all. It’s wild that this app has so many problems with motivations that that they even have a single button in the notification settings labeled, “I’m not receiving notifications”.
