FOX13 Memphis News 4+

I absolutely love FOX13 news!!!! It’s the best news station ever..The only drawback was Ernie Freeman on their Facebook page commenting back and forth, like a child, about the parents wanting their children back in school... He do too much on social media and sometimes on the news as well!!! Grow up and focus more on your new wife and less about other issues that don’t concern you!!!!

I have been using the fox 13 app for almost two years now and have always loved it. I'm not sure why they felt the need to update or change it. The new app is extremely visually unappealing and frankly hard to read. It just feels "all over the place" now! There are random news stories across the top, the bottom, the sides... you don't know where to look! They took away the thumbnail images for each story and now the news feed is just one long list of black and white titles. And everything is so randomly placed that you can't tell if you've seen all the latest stories. Before with the old version, you simply scrolled to the bottom and you could clearly see everything. Every news story was in it's own rectangle, with a thumbnail image. This new update is just overwhelming and not very user friendly at all. I hope they will return to the previous format. Until they do, I will be deleting this app.

The app is ok but you get news reports flash on home screen then when you click to goto app to read about it there is nothing there . It might hours or days or never before info is posted. Also as someone said before they must have a 3rd grader writing the stories cause they are so poorly written . There is misspelling , poor grammar, and missing words. For example there is no Frayser as a road alone . But there are Blvd , street, circle and more. I mean really are you to lazy to include full names of the streets your reporting about. I love the news crew on tv and will keep watching them , but I’m deleting this app and going to see if other news apps at least have some kind of story with the notifications they send out .
