Welcome to the New Fort Wayne 311 Citizen Services Mobile App powered by the SMART CITY 311.
We are excited about the changes that are happening in our award winning 311 Call Center under the leadership of Director Eric Harris.
Feel free to call 311 if you have a question or need information about city services. You can also call us to request a city service or report an issue to the City of Fort Wayne. Please remember that we handle non-emergency city services only. In the event of a life threatening situation, or in an emergency, always call 911.
As you peruse our improved Mobile Application and use our new tools, we hope that you will find it even easier to engage with the City of Fort Wayne in the future. Please let us know what you think about these changes in the days ahead.

What should’ve taken 2 minutes, took 3x longer just to enter data and then had to resort to using my laptop to get my 311 complaint submitted.
I was forced to re-enter answer fields because I did not answer each question in order from top to bottom. Plus, the address portion would not work properly. It would not display a map nor would it find my property. I had to click “intersection” to enter my address and then had to unclick “intersection” due to my address not really being an intersection. Last, I hit submit and it just displayed a “please wait” message.
Doesn't even have the options it's supposed to
You're supposed to be able to schedule a bulk trash pickup in the app, but there's no option when following the steps from the website. Waste of my time.
Exactly what Fort Wayne needs!!!
I heard about the app from the news and decided to check it out. It's so nice to be connected with the city at anytime!
