Perfect
Truly obsessed and not at all apologetic. If you’ve been lucky enough to have gone through any of the courses on their website, this app is just an upgrade to an already extremely high quality product. The features include building your own routines (divided by level so you can build a progressive routine that keeps challenging you) and the videos are as clear and informative as ever. I guess if you don’t care about mobility, posture, balance or learning how to best care for yourself through videos that take an advanced expertise and makes it accessible to anyone then you’ll hate this app. For everyone else it’s worth the download.
