Fly Fishing Simulator HD 4+

Quite frankly there no fly fishing video games anywhere lol. I absolutely love this game and love that you can get tips and advice while shooting some flies! Graphics are decent especially for a phone game but the fight and mechanics of the game are pretty good! I really hope the developers keep improving and making enhancements to the Game! If there’s any way I could help I’d love to! I would love if there was some way of mending and just improvements to the graphic I know that’s probably a hard process but being that this is the only good fly fishing sim out there I know all of us anglers would greatly appreciate it. This game is 10/10 i love playing it at the office, but just had some words for improvement!:) take care guys keep slaying those rivers boys

Thanks so much for that review! I really appreciate it! I'm keeping a list of possible improvements for coming updates. Who knows - There may even be a VR version someday.

I have already sent a review on this game showing just how much I love it, and I wanted to add some more suggestions and I have a few questions. First, where can I catch dolly varden trout, I’ve been trying to find a location that has them? Second, this would still be helpful, but some of the locations on the six river sampler are fun and I would like to purchase them but it doesn’t tell you what location it is. So maybe have it label the river or something? This one is more of a response from the devs response, but I remember something about mountain whitefish in the future, and I have to say that I agree they would be an awesome addition to the game. Also another fish suggestion, tiger trout and northern pike, the tiger trout is just a tiger trout, but northern pike are also beautiful fish that can put up a real fight, and they’re an excellent fly fishing species.

I know some of these are asking for a lot. And even though I’ve never met you in person, I’ve seen your videos and review responses and I know you are a great person. And I know that you are busy, so please note that these aren’t by any means a must, so please just take mabye some of the small ones as considerations for future updates.

I plan to add several species this year. I've got the photos now for Coho, and I'll be shooting pictures of pike, muskies, possibly walleyes, etc. I need to do some traveling to get photos of bull trout, arctic char and others, though. I really appreciate the review and all your feedback!

I used to fly fish a lot but life, and age, have gotten in the way. This is a great reminder from matching the hatch to line management. It would be a great addition to the game though if each river posted the largest fish possible so you would know if you beat the final boss.
Edit: The developer sent me the following response which makes a lot of sense and is why I changed my rating.
Thanks for the feedback! The reason I don't have the app share the largest fish possible in any river or site is to stay as true to real life as possible, focusing on the simulation and not game elements like a final boss. In the real world you never know if you've caught the biggest fish in the river. But like in the real world, you can hear about where people have been catching really big fish, in this case with the "recent trophies" board. Also like in the real world, the size of the biggest fish present in any spot on any river varies. You may fish a pool you've fished many times before where your biggest catch was a 15 inch brown trout, but this could be the day a 26 incher has moved into the spot to feed."
