The information is easy to find and I love the alert notifications. Very informative. Also, it is super easy to submit a damage report!

Floyd County EMA app issue

Does not consistently work on my
iPhone 6. I receive alerts but the app
Crashes before I can read the alert in
full.

Poor Support/ Stability

The site to report issues doesn't link correctly. The app crashes on startup every time on my iPhone 6 and though I get notifications about road closures and bad conditions, I can't read any details about them. Great idea, but the developers have some work to do on stability issues.
