Little Confusing
After working it a few times it came in okay. Still can’t get it to email.
Great Safety Tool
Full disclosure; I am a personal friend of the developer. However, in our parallel careers, we both desire the same, safe outcome of the flight. This is one tool that flight department decision makers and pilots should turn to in making a safety determination.
It’s simple, easy to use and customizable to your flight department’s needs. It takes the guesswork out of assessing a flight.

Easy to use and very professional
This FRAT is extremely easy to use and a great way to assess risk prior to a trip. The ability to easily save and/or email the PDF version is great!
