Description
Clark County welcomes residents and guests to the new online reporting system for issues under the jurisdiction of Clark County. Individuals can submit requests for assistance, report issues ranging from neighborhood business operation concerns to public works problems or post a question to their County Commissioner. Users will identify the location of the issue, and GPS will notify them if the issue is within Clark County jurisdiction. Users will then be able to select the topic from the listed options and submit their concerns. Residents can search for public reports they or others in the community have submitted via an address or selecting a GPS point on the map.

Speedy response
I sent in a report of semi trucks parking in residential neighborhoods and the response was almost immediate. Within days, the trucks had been tagged and removed. I really appreciate the effort to keep our neighborhood looking nice.

So far so
Good I reported a few minor things in the neighborhood, the one was fixed in hours, one they said had to be fixed by a different department and forwarded to them and the other said it was out of their jurisdiction… so overall it does get stuff done!
One improvement would be connect and do other things like with the post office to fix mail boxes, team up with police or neighborhood watch.
Make this app more noticeable, send out invites like the next door app, invite people to use this app

Great app. Easy to use. Let’s you quickly and easily identify and report trouble/problem areas. Things I have reported have not generally been repaired/remedied immediately, but they have gotten fixed eventually within a reasonable timeframe. Have to to be reported to get fixed… just do it!
