A wanna be flexible but I don’t wanna pay to be flexible. These workouts are good but not good enough to pay money for. Well I don’t if they are good or not but I can’t see because I have to pay! Other than that good app.

A waste of money

After a free trial of this app, I was super excited to continue using it. For the most part the workouts are ok. But I’m really disappointed that there are features lacking, such as, being able to swap out exercises if you don’t have equipment. My gym doesn’t have a pull up bar, so I cannot do the pull ups or hanging knee raises. Also disappointed in the length of the strength workouts, I wish there were options for shorter ones.
I have sent several messages to the app support asking questions and the customer service is unacceptable. Most of the time they didn’t get back to me. If they did respond, they didn’t answer my questions. There are better apps out there, don’t waste your money on this one.

Scam App Can’t cancel subscription

This app is a scam and you’re not given any option to cancel the subscription and it does not show up in your active subscription list under the settings tab. Nor do they send an email with a proper receipt of your purchase. It only says thank you for your subscription purchase but does not confirm the amount of the purchase nor the method that was used. Do not sign up for this!
