First Harrison easy to use
The app is really easy to use and maneuver around. And transfers are made in real time so if I forget to check my balance before making a purchase, I can transfer money to cover it while standing in line without people waiting more than a minute or so. The only issue I have is when it tries to categorize transactions for me. I prefer to see only who the transaction was with and the amount.
Not user friendly
I’ve been trying for 3 days, using your Banking Butler, how to verify a micro deposit. I should not have to use 2 devices and go back and forth for unclear and unable to locate instructions. There is not a place on your Banking Butler or in the menu that says ACCOUNT VERIFICATION! You do not make anything easy or readily accessible for your customers. You may want to view Wells Fargo’s website. Now that’s user friendly.
Love my Bank
This app makes it so convenient. I can check on every aspect of my accounts and even remotely deposit a check! Having my paycheck get deposited from my company allows my funds to be available a day early!
Not to mention my local Branch in Salem, Indiana is not only quick and friendly but they know many of their customers by name!
