New update card control
I accessed my mobile banking to be met by a request to update then click on the card icon on the task bar to set alerts for my debit card. I did and clicking on the card icon kicked me out of my account. I went to my card control app and received a notice the app no longer was unusable; to update FF mobile banking and click on card icon. So round and round I went. I call FF mobile banking tech support. They were familiar with this problems with Apple iPhones only. I was asked what year phone, what updated program, and to reboot phone. The new card control feature still did not work. They say they are still working on it.
Was working, not keep getting error
Was working fine since I got, but then the last few months I would get an error that said,
“ERROR
You do not have network connectivity. Please check your connection and try again.
OK”
I DO have connectivity, because EVERYTHING else works fine, EXCEPT this app. What is the problem? And I noticed that there has NOT been an update in about 3 months!?! I have another account with a different bank and their app ALWAYS works. I can’t even get on this app when this happens. PLEASE FIX ASAP!
