Customers can view account balances and transaction history (including check images and statements), setup and view account alerts, initiate account transfers and pay bills. Customers can also deposit checks**, manage their debit card, and locate any First Bank branch or ATM.

I love it.
It’s so much more convenient.
MUCH more complicated than other banks!
We have mobile banking with other banks, so can’t help but compare. With other banks, we make mobile deposits and the next day the funds show up in our account.
With First Bank, we get an email with EVERY deposit, saying they are reviewing, and then a SECOND email saying whether or not the funds were accepted. That is way too many emails!!!!Especially when depositing multiple checks.
It’s way too easy to think all is fine, and miss an email that says there is a problem with one of the checks because who has time to read all those emails???
And there’s no rhyme or reason as to WHY some don’t go through, which means a trip to the bank to deposit in person. It’s not worth the time or hassle of calling to ask why a check was rejected.
With other banks, the mobile deposit goes in and the funds show up the next day without ever getting an email. We only get an email IF there is a problem.
Two stars because at least they have mobile banking and it does work. I just hate that it’s so complicated, and it makes me deposit in my other bank accounts instead of First Bank.
