Fireside 12+

Wednesday at 6pm cst, I turn innerward, allowing the sound frequencies to flow into recesses of my body. The stressed or composed spaces, created over the week, in response to some story of told myself about things outside of my self I thought I had to do something about and didn’t or couldn’t. The energy of forgiveness shows up where and if is needed. This is my time to visit check in with me. Sometimes when Sister Shahidah invites us back into our bodies, I am motivated to flow my hands and arms across my body guiding the highest frequencies to wash over my entire being as if I were a ballerina or at least a fragile graceful bird. Oh, when the session concludes I hold in place, soaking up the lingering sound waves. Grateful to be bathing in sound in community ✨💜✨

I am so so grateful and appreciative for Iyanla Vanzant and her entire family at IVTV, there is a mighty power that is assisting in the healing and confirmation of who and who’s we are and how to stand in that power of love that connects us all…thank you, thank you, thank you and may you all continue to be blessed xoxo

Tyler picked me tonight and he must have felt that I was about to lose it because he blessed me with a private reading. I almost gave up. Shame on me! I typed this about a month ago but I guess I didn’t hit send. Tonight’s show moved me to tears it was so close to home.
