Clunky and difficult
The bank holds deposits for 3 days, and I am not able to use outside sources to pay my linked bills (loan payments).
Doesn’t use Zelle which I need.
As a result every month I’m calculating how many days ahead I have to make mobile deposits in order to cover loan payments and transferring money out to institutions that have Zelle. I hate it.
Only reason I keep this account is I have to because of my mortgage requirement.
Not the best institution and definitely not the best website.
Not User friendly
Make every online banking process complicated with many unnecessary steps. With unclear directions and frustrating guidance from customer service.
