App looks nicer but functionality still lacking
The update Usage Graph is not helpful. Previously I could see exact kWh usage per day, now I can only see bars that do not specify exact usage per day. Only one/two axis' are listed as "50kWh" or "100kWh". I don't want to know if we used somewhere between 50-100kWh, I want to know if we used 65, 72 or 89...
No longer opens
I’ve had the app since about 2018. Out of the blue last month, it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same issues occur.
It gives off a notification, I go to check it and the app opens and then closes right back. I haven’t been able to post my bill via app since or find this “notification”.
Crash
App doesn’t even work anymore. It’ll open, and then immediately crashes. No point in even having it anymore because you have to find the website, login, and pay that way. What’s the point?
