Needs work

My email is no longer recognized. Every time I want to use the app it is painful process to log in. Please let us create a password and use face recognition to sign in. I have the app 2 stars because when I can use it, it’s great data. Right now I need a specific British Airways confirmation that is only found in the app, and not my email receipts and confirmations. It’s so frustrating not to be able to access the app! Please fix so I can log in again!

Horrible Experience Logging In

Every time I try using the FCM app, it is so cumbersome and lengthy that I wonder if it’s preferable to do literally anything else besides use this app. Does FCM want me to miss my flight because of this anti- efficient/ fast/ easy/ sensible log-in process? I honestly think so. No travel agency makes it this difficult to access info on a phone app— I wonder the # of people who have missed their flights and bookings because of this horrible user experience.

I only suffer through FCM’s services (is this even called a service if it’s so hard to use?) because I have to for work. But even then, I try accessing this app as little as possible because it is just too difficult for logging in. FCM app programmers— if the goal was to stop people from wanting to use your app, A+ on a job well done.

Terrible App

The app works less than a third of the time I try to use it. Often says its an unrecognized email and I cant login. I have to delete the app and reinstall it and then buttons wont work to make a selection so you can only get so far before ending in frustration (and no reservations). The only option is to call and face a lengthy hold time for an expensive call for someone to make a simple car rental or flight reservation for you (we have to use FCM for company travel or I would book elsewhere). A travel app that almost never works from a mobile phone is useless, 1 star is too high but it wouldn't let me pick 0.
