Where is app support?
The app had worked well until recently when I saw that I had not gotten my rewards. I have tried to straighten out the problem via app support, which was a joke, and the restaurant, which didn’t know what to do. Farm Burger doesn’t have a customer service number and I haven’t gotten any response to email inquiries.
Decent app
Needs improvement on the order page to fit screen for different devices, but overall a decent application.
Payment options need to be better
App isn’t too bad to build an order, but checkout needs improvement. If I’m ordering pickup, why is the minimum I can tip 15%? That needs a custom value. Additionally, the app needs to implement Apple Pay so I don’t have to keep entering my card details. I’m not storing my card with whatever backend system they use, and Apple Pay would be the most convenient for me.
