The app won’t connect to my light/fan. it’s not finding it and I lost my remote I found multiple reviews saying I don’t need it but once I connect it to my phone it will make the remote stop working and it will never pair back up, this app is dumb, I like that there’s more to the app than the remote has but what’s to use if I can’t even pair it to my stuff? If I don’t have the option to pair it with my phone then it was a waste of time to even download this app… I don’t regret the light that was bought but I regret getting the app HOPING that I could use my phone to use my stuff and not need my remote. I thought that this app would help me out when I lost my remote and when I looked at the instructions for the stuff to “wife pair” it, there wasn't a button to pair it

Wow, this app is useless garbage! Once you pair the light/fan with your mobile device and power the light/fan on, several of the app functions do not work.

For example, if you use the remote to turn on the light, and then you try to use the app to turn the light off using the app, the app displays an error message saying that you cannot turn the light off when the light is off. If you turn the light/fan off using the app (leaving the wall switch turned on), and then try to use the app to turn the light on, the app displays the same error. If you have the light on and you try to use the app to adjust the light color, you Lai get the same error.

No matter what you do, it is impossible to control the light using the app, and most of the fan functions do not work correctly with the app, either.

You can also only control the fan speed using the rotary dial on the app. If you tap the “fan speed up” or “fan speed down” icons at the bottom of the app screen, the app displays the same error.

Forget the app. Just use the remote (if you can tolerate the electric buzzing sound and the light pulsing every three seconds).

Cheap junk made in China.

This does not pair with my iOS and probably doesn’t pair with anyone else’s unless it’s your Friends or relatives then I’m sure they’re willing to lie for you. How sad. :-( ! Where are you getting reviews that is saying it works? Whhaaattt?!? ( in my minions voice) you guys should try harder and at least get up to a 3.1 then we’ll know at least your trying or it will be your friends saying it works when it really doesn’t. Either way we’ll know something because it’s going to either work for real or maybe a little bit or not at all and in this case for right now my vote is a NO…it doesn’t work at all!!! Please please do better. Thank You kindly
