The app allows you to transfer money between your Family Trust accounts and other financial institutions, make loan payments, find branches and surcharge-free ATMs, and deposit checks.

The mobile banking app is available to Family Trust online banking users. Use your online banking username and password to log in.

For your security, we use industry standard data encryption to protect your banking transactions.

Best mobile banking

From the very start the mobile app was great. Nothing new is without its issues but your iT team have fixed and added features that I now use regularly without issue. The menu design is precise and easy to use. My most frequently used item is the CSV download, almost daily, for my personally designed financial/budget manager. The most convenient item is mobile check deposit. I can’t speak to all mobile devices but on my iPhone X your app is very responsive. Thanks for not giving up on it.

Confused?

I’ve had the app almosy year now and I’ve seen it go through a good bit of changes. I do prefer the fingerprint because I often am in a rush when transferring or just checking my account since for some reason the widget itself disappears. Also doesn’t let me balance peel even though I have it turned on? I do feel like some of the options like Budget and Saving Goals shouldn’t be included when they only work if you go through the website browsers. I still love the convenience of the app though.

A little displeased

I have been a member for 19 years & have rarely had any complaints. I started using the mobile app from the beginning & found it user friendly & loved the convenience of it. However, I’m not a fan of this latest update. Transfers don’t automatically update in account balances while logged in like it use to. I have to log out in order for the update to be reflected in my account balance. It’s also not user friendly to find the log out button now. It requires a little bit of digging & back peddling whereas it use to be straight forward & simple at the top of the page. Please restore these features if you can. It was much more user friendly.
