Facey: Face Editor &Makeup Cam 4+

I love this app I love how we can edit photos with crowns or anything and we can adjust EVERYTHIND I been looking for a exquisite makeup app for so many months now I found the right one I LOVE THIS APP. Because you do cool things and edit and other people should love this app like I do and I can never leave this app and I give you a 5 star. The photo looks very real after editing. There are always new makeups with every update and they all look so fashionable and trendy. My favorite function is the video camera. I can try on different makeups and see how I look in the camera. Besides, I get to shoot videos with some really amazing filters. The makeup even looks so natural in the video. If you are looking for the best makeup app, this is the one you should definitely get. When I use Facey, everything goes exactly the way I want. No more anime eyes or strange looking lips, and the makeup blends so natural with my face.

I’ve been using this app for about a week now and I love this app. This app does EVERYTHING!! for you .. which can be a bad thing. I do not like that every time I upload my photo it automatically makes my eyes larger , it makes my eyes look completely unrealistic to the point I look like an anime character every-time. I am an Anime/Manga fan myself for all of my life , but this is completely ridiculous.

If I wanted to change my eye shape to a very large shape I will do that myself , but to be forced with HUGE!! eyes to the point it ruins my pictures , is such a disappointment and it makes me feel frustrated as well. Please change this automatic process that happens everytime I upload my own photo on to your app. If this doesn’t change I will delete this app off of my phone (which I don’t want to at all) but this Anime eyes situation RUINS!! my pictures. Whoever suggested to make eyes larger in a photo made the WRONG!! choice and it’s ruining pictures. Please let your customers have the freedom of changing our features.

I downloaded this app and put my fathers credit card on file and every SINGLE DAY he was getting charged from Apple. He called to find out what was going on and this was the only app that was billing 5.99 every 2-3 days sometimes more/less & sometimes 0.99 cents twice in one day I kid you not. I had cancelled this subscription, deleted it and never used it more than a few times and they robbed my dad over $300 in 3 months. Apple said they could only refund for the last 3 months, find out they had been robbing for the last year I had no clue. I’m so angry with these ppl. My dad & I got into a huge fight, They will charge your account left & right if you’re NOT paying attention. If you are then it’s harder to do, but they took advantage and they’re like Oh these people don’t know we’re charging their account, let’s keep charging 5.99 every other day. I have the screenshot proof too! Sometimes it was just random charges that weren’t even consistent that’s what gave them away. I have to let the community know about this app, so yeah it better be a GREAT app for all $ dishing out!

First of all, you made the right decision of contacting and reporting this issue directly to Apple. Because, for billing-related matters, only Apple can find out what exactly happened and only Apple has the power to solve it.

App developers are not involved in any part of the billing process. It has always been that Apple handles everything throughout the billing process.

In regard to this particular issue: this is the first time we have received such a report. It certainly sounds quite unusual. Honestly ,it sound more like Apple's billing system had been acting up.

But if that's not the case, there are a few scenarios, that I can think of, in which you may receive a multitude of billing notifications.

If you are already on a subscription, Apple allows purchasing another subscription of the same duration. You can keep switching between the two subscriptions. With each switching, you will be charged a fee immediately for the newly purchased one. But at the same time, you will be instantly get refunded for the remainder of the old subscription. So while you can make purchases as many times as possible and receive a number of billing notification message, you are actually only paying one time for one subscription.

Apple's billing mechanism is designed so that if your payment for a purchase didn't go through successfully, Apple would keep sending notification emails with this purchase's info attached on it. This may also cause you to receive multiple billing notification messages from Apple for one single purchase.

Reviews posted on App Store usually show up and become visible to us a couple days later. Please consider contacting us via Email using the email feedback option in the app.

Since you have already brought this issue to Apple, if it's okay for you, please contact us via Email and update us on this matter. we would also like to know what exactly happened and how those purchases come about in the first place.
