Please don’t automatically populate payment dates that are holidays.

It’s frustrating that the app auto populates a date for payment that isn’t valid because it’s a holiday. if you know it’s invalid don’t auto populate.

Unable to log into account

Continues to tell me credentials are not correct. Already has blocked me from logging into my account and almost my husbands. I had to call because it said too many attempts to log in with incorrect credentials but I did use correct ones.
Was working then stopped.

We are sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with the app. Online banking requires a periodic password update that must be done on a web browser. Also, please be sure you have the most recent update as we are looking into these issues. Thank you.

Zelle

I’m suddenly unable to use Zelle. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve called the bank and attempts to resolve the problem didn’t work. I recently got a new phone and it still won’t work. The message says, we are currently unable to process your request. Please help me resolve this problem with Zelle.
