You can obtain an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase.

• Period: 1 year ($9.99 USD)
• Upon confirming the purchase, your subscription will be billed to your iTunes account and will automatically renew (based on the chosen period) unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period's conclusion.
• Canceling the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or deactivate auto-renewal by navigating to your iTunes Account Settings after completing the purchase.

Great Product but ....
This is a great product and I like the app control feature of my Gate arm device. A good feature to add is to be able to create guest user logins to my account so that I can grant access and remove access to my Gate arm device at anytime to any guest or person. Looking for to this feature soon...
Useless App
The remote app always used for when you miles away on the car.
It has not a shortcuts on IPhone and connect to the device very slow ( I already add another WiFi access point near by the device).
I can say it is an outdated app at 2024.
