Description
EY Mobility Pathway Employee portal Mobile App - allows you to collaborate with EY via a smartphone or tablet allowing you to remain compliant with your immigration and tax affairs while on the go. The app also provides access to a number of mobile specific features including biometrics access, location services to capture your workdays information, and the ability to upload documents from your cloud storage or pictures taken from your camera.

Ratings and Reviews
Confirming location
When asked to confirm my location from an alert received from the mobility app, it rarely works. I almost always need to start the EY Mobility Pathway application directly.
Nice thought, poor execution
The concept is attractive, but functionality is poor. Input “buttons” are inoperable about 50% of the time, and re-entry to the app after leaving to check necessary reference material evidently requires me to shut down my device and reboot. It is an improvement that you now actually get feedback that the system is actually trying to do something, vs. the dead stare in past versions. Incredibly long time lag before authentication codes are sent. So long, in fact, that they have expired by the time I attempt to use them.
All around poor app - almost unusable in IPad Pro
The latest EY App is for the most part completely unusable on an IPad Pro. The following does not work. I have the latest model and the latest version of IOS.
- Calendar - clears dates out, jumps out of the program when you change the month, and the save button generally does not work - then it jumps out. In addition, the auto location aspect does not work at all. After 2 hours I am half way through the year. Very frustrating - will do everything on excel and let the team sort out. Unbelievably unprofessional app.
- Face ID - does not work - no clue why it exists. Need to log in every time. Again waste
