Would love to receive notifications that someone has signed up for my workshop appear on my phone

Update with the newest version: (December ‘22) Worse than before. Very difficult to see each day, the color coding is gone, and I can’t copy member phone numbers from the app anymore. No notifications and members can sign up for a workshop or appointment up to the minute of the start time, meaning you constantly have to check your schedule or you will miss an appointment.

The only thing that I don’t hate about this app is that I can schedule people through my phone since I’m rarely near a computer. I recently transferred locations and no longer have access to my worklog. No one knows who to contact to fix this. It’s a glitchy program on a desktop at best, is not intuitive and the mobile version is just easier access to a terrible program

I had been using this app for about a year and it was great but last week it crashed on me. i deleted and downloaded it again, I made sure I had enough storage I tried anything I could and it doesn’t work. So when I delete it and download it again I can type my login information and finally it asks for a source so I type my work source and automatically crashes! After that every time I try to log in I click the app link and it just crashes like it flashes and goes away! My Technical support at work says its off their hands, the company I work for requires this app and it’s frustrating, If the app people can help it would be great I have an IPhone 13 pro max. I haven’t heard of anyone else at my work having this issue.
