Description
The Everyday Select Rewards Visa Prepaid App lets you manage your Card Account wherever you are. That means it’s convenient to do things like:
• Check your Card Account balance and transaction history
• Send money to friends and family
• Find nearest reload locations
• Load checks to your Card Account – it’s as simple as taking a few pictures*
(Card use and certain features subject to Card activation and identity verification)**
* Mobile Check Load is a service provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from Illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for message and data usage. Additional transaction fees, costs, terms and conditions may be associated with the funding and use of your card. See your Cardholder Agreement for details.
** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OPENING A CARD ACCOUNT: To help the federal government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA PATRIOT Act requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and your government ID number. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying information. Card activation and identity verification required before you can use the Card Account. If your identity is partially verified, full use of the Card Account will be restricted, but you may be able to use the Card for in-store purchase transactions. Restrictions include: no ATM withdrawals, international transactions, account-to-account transfers and additional loads. Use of Card Account also subject to fraud prevention restrictions at any time, with or without notice. Residents of Vermont are ineligible to open a Card Account.

Reaching customer service
It really takes so long to get through the automated system to actually get a human on the telephone to help with an issue and then when you do reach someone you could get disconnected before the issue is resolved. I don’t know about this card if it’s worth actually putting money on it do use as a prepaid debit and it seems like mobile deposit is not even available even though it says it is

Don’t buy there card
I would not recommend getting this card I’m stuck in Washington family emergency had to have money sent to me I left with nothing not even a wallet so I had to get a card this card they won’t release my money to me because they want proof of who I am wanting to send my money to me in a check to where I live I have my daughter with me we can’t buy food are what we need in this time talk to the person when i called to told me the store can give me the money back I drove in bad weather conditions not safe get there and told I can’t get my money it’s out there hands I sent what I could and still they want my social security card sent as I am not home only left with what I had next day for this emergency they don’t care about anyone they lie and tell you bull don’t get this card you will have nothing but trouble and in the worst part my life they make it that much worse and now my kid and me have to ask for family help to eat due to them not giving me my money they can send a check ok 6 business days to my address as I’m here in Washington DO NOT BUY THERE CARDS go elsewhere to save the problem

Terrible experience
I received their debit visa card as a gift and tried to activate it, but the process itself was uncomfortable. I had to call them to activate the card, but I had to reluctantly tell them all of my personal information, even my ssn over the phone. I told them “no” several times but they kept saying that they would not be able to activate the card without it. In the end the card was activated and I checked my balance on the mobile app. To my surprise, the balance was nearly half of what I was expecting. The person who gifted me the card said that it has a balance of $200 but now there was only $110. Turns out they charge a $5.95 fee for being “inactive” which I found ridiculous. Did not know they started charging this fee after 3 months of inactivity, so because I activated this card nearly a year and a half later, I lost almost $90 and my important personal info.
