Bugs still rampant

Potential to be great, my glasses aren’t lining up the dashboard correctly, and my heads up display comes on if you barely move your face. Please fix bugs

“No subscription required”, just… micro transactions

The app, overall, is fine. The biggest issue is the fact that the live translation is a paid service. This was not communicated explicitly, at least not in a way that differentiates from subscription. All early adopters buy these under the guise of “No subscription” which seems to be a misrepresentation of what people think they are buying. Rather than tapping into readily available translation APIs, Even Realities has decided it’s necessary to nickel and dime users for core functionalities that many likely based their purchasing decisions on. Micro-transactions are not the future, and… with any luck, consumers will vote with their wallets and send such marketing ideas to the grave.

As for the navigation, I had hoped it could be used as a navigation HUD while driving, but navigation is limited to walking or cycling routes. Driving use cases, particularly for navigation, is where this technology can and should shine, preventing eyes taken off the road. Alas, the usefulness is cut short with the app limitation.

First review ever after 20 years of purchases

Great investment. Latest update is a marked improvement. If the improvements continue on this path it will be incredible - it’s well on its way. Easy to use. Full of magic. Lots of fun.
