Its great app to get cash back for your EV charges, however so many unanswered questions !!!
- Where their money comes from ? Who is the sponsors ? Can’t be a free unlimited money !!! “Support didn’t have an answer “
- Why should i pay for the plans, for example you pay $11 to subscribe to get $20 cash back !!! Why don’t just give me $9 without making me subscribe !!! I keep thinking that at some point they will take the money from the subscribers and just stops paying you back , its risky specially for the annual subscription

Been using the app for a month. Referred by co-worker, at first, was able to cash out without issue. Last week, app support mentioned delays about cash out. Today, I received update about cash out resumed, and was able to cash out again. I did enroll for paid plan, since app is been promising, and support always answers question. Regarding the Tesla permission, I have other EV app that basically requires same app permissions, which I see as normal. Hopefully cash out would not be a issue in the future, I do see this is g great app that unique and will benefit EV community, and promote EV adoption.

Bad user experience, very hard to use, not able to cash out, and they charge the credit back each month. You earn 20$ credit for charging a month but next month they just charge it back.
Always error on cash out, and now I can’t delete my account

We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience. Security protocols were updated at the time to ensure network safety, allowing earnings to continue as usual. However, cash-outs were slightly delayed for users on basic plans, but not for those on higher-tier plans. In your case, the monthly base plan fee was charged as normal each month to renew the plan.
