Good hoping for a few things
Overall fun game, I wish there were stats for the games though, a leader board so you can see how you’re players stats measure up to other players. Also for the transfer market I’d like to see players have roles. For example if I’m making a Counter Strike team and I’m picking players for the roster off the transfer market, some players with keywords like “Entry Frager”, “Rifler”, “IGl”, “AWPER”. Then you could have the stats you increase in the game like technical, psychological those things sort of determine how well they execute that role, so an IGL would benefit and see more improvement from increasing their tactics and psychological stats where as Riflers for example would benefit more from increasing mechanics. Obviously some of these would be game specific as for example Rocket League has no real roles each player is expected to play every aspect of the game at a high level but it’d be a nice feature for games that do have roles , CS, Val, Siege, LoL, etc. Also wish you could view other teams rosters, I know that SOUNDS cheap but you can technically see every teams roster IRL anyways. Would just be a QoL change I guess. There’s more but I can’t think of them right now, I realize by including so many different games you had to be selective on what to include and it may just be you working on the game but I’d be cool to have stats and roles added in the future.

Suggestions
My few suggestions would be; 1) add more subdivisions to each game so you don’t get to the top level super quickly. 2) the sponsorships don’t seem to differentiate between team and solo games making team games very difficult to start out with. Idk if this could be fixed by making the total of the sponsorships higher or if it would be better to switch to a per player basis.

Great game and well fleshed out
This is one of the best esports games and I love being able to manage multiple teams and working towards multiple goals at the same time. It’s got such a good base to grow off of and I’m excited to see where it goes
A few issues like when renewing contracts mid season you can have a new contract for the season you’re already in and then can’t negotiate with the player and just end up losing them. I also think a transfer window should be added to allow you to adjust rosters, I’ve had a play through that I added several new players across several rosters and the old players hadn’t fallen off and next thing I know the game was reset. It’s honestly frustrating to have that and is the only negatives about this game
